Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from within the United States and are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Tracking information is provided when available once your order ships.
Orders & Changes
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact support as soon as possible — we can make changes before an order enters processing, but cannot guarantee changes once it has shipped.
Returns
Because of the nature of our products, returns are limited once an order has shipped. Reach out to support if something arrived wrong or damaged and we will work with you.
COA Requests
Certificates of analysis are available for qualifying batches upon request. Include your order number so we can match the right batch.
