Orders are limited to buyers whose laboratory, research organization, educational institution, or bona fide independent research activity can be independently verified. Buyers must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to acquire and handle the materials.
Before checkout is enabled, the buyer must use a confirmed account, identify the organization and research role, describe the intended laboratory work, and provide a verifiable affiliation or credential reference. Staff reviews the evidence and may request additional documentation.
Products may be acquired only for lawful analytical, in-vitro, or other controlled laboratory research. They may not be acquired for human or veterinary administration, consumption, medical or diagnostic use, compounding, cosmetic use, personal use, or household use.
Approval is account- and email-specific. Orders may be held, rejected, or cancelled when information cannot be verified, the intended use is unclear, the selected material is unavailable for approved sale, or risk and compliance review requires it. Access may be revoked.
