Information We Collect
Essential LLC collects information you provide, including name, email, phone number, shipping address, account information, order contents, support messages, marketing preferences, and checkout acknowledgements. We also collect transaction confirmation, fraud and security signals, device/browser information, IP-derived information, referral attribution, pages and products viewed, cart and checkout activity, and shipping or delivery events.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by payment and tokenization providers. Essential Research Labs does not store or have access to your full payment-card number. We retain transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, provider, and related records needed to administer orders and disputes.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate accounts and carts; process, secure, fulfill, and support orders; provide tracking; prevent fraud and abuse; preserve checkout consent; respond to inquiries; administer subscriptions and affiliates; measure site and advertising performance; send opted-in marketing; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, carts, security, preferences, affiliate attribution, analytics, and advertising. When configured, Meta and TikTok technologies collect page and commerce events. TikTok Advanced Matching may receive one-way hashed versions of an email address, phone number, or customer identifier. Browser Do Not Track signals are not currently used to alter these practices.
Service Providers and Disclosures
Information may be disclosed as needed to providers supporting hosting, databases and authentication, payment processing and tokenization, email, analytics and advertising, shipping, tracking, fraud prevention, professional services, and customer support. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or to respond to a payment dispute. We do not sell customer information for money.
Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, and the purposes described above. Retention periods vary by record type and legal obligation. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices and Requests
You may opt out of marketing through an email unsubscribe link or account controls. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing contact@essentialresearchlabs.com. We may verify identity and retain information when required for transactions, security, recordkeeping, disputes, or law. Applicable state law may provide additional rights and appeal options.
Children
The site is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 to place an order, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy prospectively; the effective date above identifies the current version.
