Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions govern use of this website and purchases from Essential LLC, doing business as Essential Research Labs. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly for lawful laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, medical use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, food, drug, cosmetic, or household use.

The buyer represents that they are qualified to handle research materials and assumes responsibility for lawful purchase, handling, storage, documentation, and use. Products have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Orders and Payment Authorization

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, place on hold, or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, safety, or shipping reasons. An order confirmation does not require us to fulfill an order that has not been accepted or paid.

By submitting payment, you authorize our payment processor to charge the displayed total. Essential Research Labs does not store or have access to your full payment-card number. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

Prices, availability, specifications, discounts, and promotions may change before checkout. Discounts, free products, affiliate offers, and promotional codes are subject to their displayed conditions and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

We may correct typographical, catalog, pricing, or inventory errors before shipment. If a correction materially changes a paid order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected amount.

Cancellation and Final Sale Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Contact support immediately; a cancellation is not effective until confirmed by us. Once tracking has been issued or the order has otherwise shipped, the sale is final and the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

This final-sale rule does not eliminate any non-waivable rights or remedies required by applicable law. Incorrect or transit-damaged items must be reported promptly with the order number, packaging, and supporting photographs.

Shipping, Delivery, and Address Responsibility

We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before our daily fulfillment cutoff. Orders received after cutoff, on weekends or holidays, or requiring payment or address review ship the next business day. Carrier transit estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, and events outside our control.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate deliverable address. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law. Contact support promptly if carrier tracking indicates loss, damage, return to sender, or another exception.

Optional Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is optional and costs $2.99 per order when selected at checkout. It covers carrier-confirmed loss and items damaged in transit, subject to review and reasonable supporting documentation.

Shipping protection does not cover an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, refused or unclaimed packages, customs actions, ordinary delivery delays, buyer remorse, or theft after carrier-confirmed delivery. We determine whether an approved claim is resolved by replacement or refund. Shipping-protection fees are not refundable after shipment.

Manual-Renewal Subscriptions

The Subscribe & Save program provides a first-order discount and renewal reminders. It does not automatically charge a card or automatically ship another order. Each renewal requires a new checkout and authorization.

Renewal availability, pricing, and product selection may change. Customers may cancel reminder tracking through their account before a future manual renewal.

Product Information and Documentation

Product information and certificates of analysis are provided for research reference. Specifications and documentation may vary by lot or batch, and available batch-specific documentation controls over general catalog descriptions.

Nothing on this site is medical advice or a representation that a product is approved for human or veterinary use.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Contact support first if you believe an order or charge is incorrect. Filing a payment dispute does not change accurate order, checkout-acceptance, payment, shipment, or delivery records, which may be provided to the payment processor or financial institution handling the dispute.

We may place orders or accounts associated with an active dispute, suspected fraud, or unauthorized-payment claim on hold while the matter is reviewed.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Essential LLC and may not be copied, exploited, disrupted, scraped at scale, or used to misrepresent an affiliation without permission.

You may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with security or operation, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Essential LLC is not responsible for misuse, unlawful use, use outside laboratory research, indirect or consequential loss, or events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a limitation is unenforceable, it applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and General Terms

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to a non-waivable forum requirement will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Stanislaus County, California.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a new version and effective date.
