Orders are accepted for delivery to valid addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or export through the website.
Every order is subject to purchaser qualification, payment, inventory, address, fraud, and compliance review. Accepted orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Weekends, holidays, documentation requests, or review holds may extend processing.
Tracking is sent after dispatch. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier operations, address corrections, and events outside our control can affect transit time.
The buyer must provide a complete, deliverable address and monitor tracking. Contact support promptly if tracking shows loss, damage, return to sender, or another exception.
