Email contact@essentialresearchlabs.com as soon as possible. An order may be cancelled only before processing or shipment begins, and cancellation is not complete until support confirms it.
Because research materials require controlled handling and chain-of-custody integrity, shipped products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for buyer remorse. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Report an incorrect or transit-damaged item within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and photographs of the product, label, packaging, and shipping box. Keep all materials until the review is complete.
After review, an eligible claim may be resolved with replacement or refund. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days; the financial institution may need additional time to post the credit.
